The president of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, has remembered the fallen in Likoshan and Drenica's Crees.
In Facebook, Thaci has written that Serbian police in the worst manner killed women, elders, men and young unarmed men, in their courtyards and homes, in retaliation following the clash with a KLA unit in Lisi Sixnjak.
On February 28th 1998, in Likoshan and Drenica's Crees, Serbian police in the worst manner killed women, old men, men and young people, in their courtyards and houses, in the wake of a row with the KLA's unit at 6njak Lis. The innocent victims, only killed, were massacred. With this act, the Serbian police and military began campaigning for mass acts of murder, massacres, genocide, burning and ethnic cleansing for two years (1998-1999).
Today we remember with respect all the martyrs and the fallen ones in Licoshan and Cyrez. He wrote.
