Lumir Abdixhik's Ministry also charged with violating the law

The air company Resebüro Pristina is claiming that the Ministry of Infrastructure violated the law when within the day it has revoted its permission for aircraft flights.

At a media conference held at this company, it has been said that the Ministry of Infrastructure on 7 February has issued flight permits for Air Meterraneé, which the same day around 22:00 p.m. has revoted this permit for flights.

According to company representatives, it is considered that the Ministry of Infrastructure has violated legal provisions.

They have stated that they will also raise criminal charges for legal violations allegedly committed to the Ministry of Infrastructure in this case.

According to the lawyer engaged by these companies, Alban Maloku the Ministry of Infrastructure has violated civil aviation legal provisions because in one day it has issued a flight permit and the same day has been revoted.

Maloku said they are prepared for the preview of criminal fraud against competent officials of the Ministry of Infrastructure over the misuse of official duty they have exercised.

“The Ministry of Infrastructure has violated the legal provisions of the civil aviation law because in one day it has issued permission and revocation, while in the distance between issuing and revocation only the company has processed all of its tickets and the ministry with an arbitrary decision issues of revocation of this permit, I, as legal representative, would like to inform you that we are in the previous steps to pre-empt criminal fraud against the competent infrastructure officials regarding the misuse of the official duty that has been exercised, Maloku said.

According to him, news that has been published in some media concerning the fraud of these companies has been sponsored by several companies within Kosovo's territory, who, according to him, claim to exercise monopoly through slander.

For all of this, Maloku warns of indictment and demand for counterproportion of the damage caused.

Company director Reisbüro Pristina Gafurr Aliu said the Ministry of Infrastructure is not responding to the company to provide clarifications about the airline's revote.
