Periscop sources close to a senior LDK official have indicated there is fear that the Serbian List will undermine the government agreement and that Kurti Government will fail.
The party's top official, led by Mustafa, has been one of the main negotiators for finalising the agreement with Vetevendosje, but who is already afraid that everything could end in a failure, writes Periscopi.
The Serbian List's refusal to accept the Kurti Government would enable this party to send Albin Kurti's government to the Constitutional Court, in which to make a decision that would declare it anti-unconstitutional.
VV officials who, justifying their meetings with Serbian List officials and her involvement in government despite promises, had said that this was “constitutional duty”.
Things would change if the Serbian List did not win all seats reserved in the Assembly for the Serb community.
But the other two coalitions -- the SLS and Sloboda -- received less than 5 per cent of the Serb community's votes in a terrible debacle, where Serbian List won over 95 per cent of the vote from this community.
Our sources have not indicated why Serb List rejection is taking place.
Taking into account the past, it could be hinted that this concerns new directives by the Serbian state in which general elections will be held in April. /Periscopi/
