Kurt at KSF: You wake up when others sleep, fix your bed, clean your rooms, shine your shoes

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, on the continuation of activities on the 12th anniversary of Kosovo's Independence, has visited the Kosovo Security Force.

Kurti spoke of the sacrifice of soldiers, citing a soldier's daily obligations.

“The sacrifices you make and the training you experience are difficult. Every morning you wake up early when others sleep, fix your bed, clean your rooms, shine your shoes, and train for hours in the burning sun in the winter cold in the rain and in the mud. Training is so hard how often you doubt whether you can make it, but years go by and you get stronger because your heart beats to your country, Kurti said.

He said that the right thing is to increase the budget for the Security Force, because according to him, defence investment is the task of strengthening the state. /Periscopi/
