Kosovo is taking off the tax, but what is Serbia doing?

Western friends are sending reasonable messages, and are ever more receptive to the Kurti government to remove the 100 per cent tax for Serbia's and Bosnia and Herzegovina products, as well as for balance of this, Serbia will stop the propaganda for Kosovo's non-recognition. This is the first start to pave the way for Kosovo-Serbia real dialogue.
This is a heavy burden, an important diplomatic, even historical mission to establish lasting peace and tranquillity in this part of the Western Balkans!
But, would we experience moments as much expected for Kosovo to impose concrete demands on Belgrade as they are:
The official Belgrade apology for the genocide committed over the innocent people of Kosovo?
Will Serbia's pledge follow that it will whiteen the fate of over 1,600 missing people from Kosovo?
Is Belgrade going to pay off all the damage that was done in Kosovo in the 1990s?
Will thousands of Kosovo pensioners return the stolen pension fund?
Will the original documents change from civil status to historical and cultural artifacts?
When will the mutual condition be applied to the free movement of people from Kosovo and not be arrested without basis as “criminalizer of war”?
When will they give up mixing in Kosovo's internal affairs, organizing, stimulating and financing parallel structures (even armed ones)?
There are many requirements Kosovo's state negotiating team, whether in Berlin or Brussels, should finally take on its role; no longer without a purse and without any documents on its own, face to face the Serbian side that has gone to the talks with half truth, with quarter of arguments, and with lies as they have tradition of a century now! ?
Kosovo has testified that it engages in lasting peace. Because it's been a long time of hostility. Hopefully and many believe that they will encourage us in this approach even our international friends, without whom Kosovo would not be where it is today.
