The Kosovo Police Inspectorate has suspended the police responsibility for the evidence dhomas” and the commander of Zubin Potok Police Station.
This has been made known through a communique by Kosovo Police who, under the implementation of the Annual Labour Plan, have inspected the Regional Police Directorate in North Mitrovica, specifically the Police Station in Zubin Potok.
At the document” of SP Zubin Potok, during inspections by the inspection commission, composed of five members authorised by DDRP North Mitrovica, irregularities have been encountered.
The inspection commission, informed the Kosovo Police Inspectorate, and the same have taken disciplinary measures to suspend the two suspects for “Using official task”, writes news.net

Kosovo police, in the implementation of the Annual Labor Plan, also perform regular and extraordinary inspections. In 27.02.2020, the inspection was launched at the Regional Police Directorate (DRP) Mitrovica North, specifically at the (SP) Police Station Zubin Potok.
At the document” of SP Zubin Potok, during inspections by the inspection commission, composed of five members authorised by DDRP North Mitrovica, irregularities have been encountered.
The inspection commission, based on the findings so far, has estimated that there are possible elements of the criminal act -- the use of official position or authority -- and immediately through official mechanisms has announced the Kosovo Police Inspectorate (IPK).
To the police officer responsible for the testimony file, SP chief investigation and commander Zubin Potok, according to pre-discipline proceedings has been initiated suspension by local level, while the IPK and the Founding Prosecutor have been informed of the actions taken.
Police units in collaboration with the IPK, with authorisation of the competent prosecutor, have conducted a raid on the police official's home responsible for the evidence file today, on the date 28.02.2020. And the detailed inspection of the evidence file will continue the next few days, until the issue of precise and complete conclusions.
Kosovo police in co-operation with competent institutions will continue to conduct inspections and investigations concerning the case, which it will keep informed about. /
