It says: Merro Base
Two days ago, academic Rexhep Qosja had a cautious reaction, eating a lot of debate in interpretation, but not in fact. He was talking about the risk of creating a negative climate towards Albania in the Kosovo press, due to political and personal problems some journalists, or publishers in Kosovo, have with Edi Rama.
The truth is that Edi Rama is surrounded by a hostile press in Kosovo, not because of the patriotic sensitivity that Kosovo press has, or by any danger coming to Kosovo by Edi Rama. Not out of any sensitivity they have for democracy in Albania, as the same Kosovo press supports Albania without reservation, the figure further than discredited political and moral.
It is simply the issue of a politically positioned press in favour of several political clans in Albania, who since they no longer find mercenaries in Albania, have been extended to Kosovo.
More clearly, it is about Ilir Meta's press clients in Kosovo.
So Rexhep Qosja overloads when she says they are paid by the UDB, or other anti-Albanian circles, to damage Albania-Ksoov reports. No, it's easier, even opposite in some cases.
More than the division between Kosovo and Albania, this is an integration of the mud between Kosovo and Albania, where the parties have extended alliances on both sides of the border.
To prove this, we just look at Thursday night's reactions from Albania's president's office.
After journalist Baton Haxhiu made some cautious comments on Ilir Meta's recent movement without insulting him, even in some cases and praising him, President Ilir Meta issued his spokesman and called Baton Haxhiu, street dogs, UDB dogs, and other grave words, deserving medical expertise, more than legal.
It is interesting how the Kosovo press, which was disturbed by Rexhep Qosja, and called it pressure on the free speech in Kosovo, was thrilled by Ilir Meta and his animal offenses, on one of their colleagues.
This is a clear indication that Kosovo's aggressive press towards official Tirana has no link to anti-Albanian foreign circles, nor has any intention towards Tirana from Pristina.
Tirana from Pristina is as far apart as they deserve to be with each other from many views, cultural, political, aesthetic, linguistic, historical and other. We neither bring them in, nor divide them artificially.
What happens to the Kosovo press and aggression towards official Tirana is not partition, but the integration of the Kosovo press into Albania's political court. And I don't see it as a reminder, because and we don't have a little bit of injustice in our image in Kosovo. You've seen Chim Peka's picture of Ramush. It's not easy to look normal as a state, with that picture.
The only concern is when they act as moralists and say we do it for freedom of the endangered press in Albania. In fact, compared to Kosovo, press freedom in Albania is greater and the press is cheaper from official Tirana than Kosovo's press from Kosovo's political clans and oligarchs.
Only today, in a Calco.com report, is it really shown who financed the portals that blow this fire. /tma.net
