All this rescue initiative is recorded on a camera and then posted on the grid.
There were 11 female horses that had fallen into the water after breaking the icy river layer.
After farmers drew them out of the water, they say that none of the horses have suffered injuries.
One also calls on all local farmers as well as fishermen to take care when crossing the icy surfaces of the river.
