The EU considers it the only facilitator of Kosovo- Serbia

Before it is known what the exact mandate will be, it is known that Slovakia's Foreign Minister Miroslav Lajcak will be in his country on Saturday. Besides the fact that he, as well as high representative Josep Borrell, comes from a state that has not recognised Kosovo, some diplomats in the EU are not even happy about the fact that the procedure for his appointment is taking place because Borrell has made up his mind that he will believe this job.
EU Commissioner for Neighborship and Enlargement, Hungarian Oliver Verhely, has not expected this decision to become official and, by or by mistake, has said what everyone knows, that Lajcak will have that role.
