The state of Kosovo presents the largest achievement of Albanianism. As such, it almost completes the framework of the Rilelinds' political concept that Albanian ethnicity sized four villas on the verge of the collapse of the Ottoman Empire to return to the Western world.

This historic achievement was part of an almost century-long fight against the refusal of Serbian occupation from 1912 to 1999, which as an unstoppable process passed through several rails. Armed resistance (through the Cacak war in 1912-1924); efforts for national union in accordance with circumstances (they from 1941-1944), as well as the struggle for equality in accordance with the right of self - determination manifested by the request for the Republic of Kosovo that emerged in 1968 and 1981.

The responsibility of this journey being given the last act fell on the national movement in 1998-1999, which directed institutional and armed resistance, with the Constitutional Declaration of July 2, 1990, managed to secede from Serbia. While, in the Kacanik Assembly on September 7, 1990, the declaration of the Republic of Kosovo set the constitutional and institutional platform for the independent state of Kosovo, which was also accepted internationally on February 17th 2008.

So from this point of view, February 17, 2008, is equivalent to November 28, 1912.

The Albanian world has reason to celebrate this day with dignity, while the Albanian state must announce February 17th the official holiday.

The move, past-year national union's past-wide formula as ideology, which has ended with the Ambassador Conference, converts it to the union of both Albanian states as the right to comply with democratic will, which should have the approval of the Western factor.
