Kosovo will apply to international organisations by 2023, Government reacts

The Government's response mentions a technical error saying that the drafting of the Government Plan has gone from one year to three years of age, including the procedural steps that are supposed to be undertaken in the following years.

This change, according to the Government, has resulted in the emergence of some technical errors during the drafting process. Among them is the failure to set up planned activities in relevant features. In all, MPJD activities for 2022 were incorrectly placed in the 2023 feature of activities.

Government Work Plan (PPQ) is the main document for planning and monitoring implementation of activities to achieve the government's medium-term priorities. The process of drafting this plan is quite long, with numerous procedural steps and requires extraordinary co-ordination.

A simple illustration of the process of drafting this plan is that special departments of central institutions define activities that they have planned for the future. These activities established in the PPQ format and are explained further so that the medium-term monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of these activities, reflecting the achievement of Government objectives.
