There are always politicians in Kosovo who want to become famous by attacking Tirana politics. It is a sort of complex of their victimisation, wanting to explain their failures with Albania's policy, rather than with Kosovo's problems.

Vjosa Osmani is new to the job and seems also unknown. Albin is better qualified and has tradition of this behavior.

I don't think that it does any harm to politics in Tirana, but it does harm Kosovo's policy in Albania, which without any need causes some kind of trouble for Kosovo.
