The 50-year-old family who died at Prizren Hospital: The elevator was blocked, the brother came out without signs of life

The brother of the late Xheladin Qelale, says about RTV Dukagjin that his brother's life has changed because of the carelessness of hospital staff.

The irony of fate for Xheladin's brother is that he was stuck in the elevator due to technical problems coming out of the lifeless elevator.

None of the staff had a card to move the elevator. It's been three to four minutes until someone with a card arrived. Then came a person who had a device to open the elevator mechanically. By the time the lift was opened, another 5-6 minutes have passed, and when we left the elevator, our brother was without signs of life”

Geladin Celay says this has been a careless murder until he says he has seen very good doctors.
