The city resident of Gavwe, he is said to be in his 30s, he was charged with assault, causing bodily damage and violating the Swedish law on circumcision, writes local media, records Periscopi.
The judge had been told that some of the victims had complained that they felt pain when they walked after what was done to them. Prosecutors had sought prison sentences for two years.
The court said, however, that in some cases the charges could not be proven because there were no firm links between the used procedures and the symptoms young men had experienced.
Instead of prison, he has been suspended, he must work 180 hours for the community and pay a fine of about $10,000 and 200 dollars.
These targets had occurred between April and May 2018.
The man in question is from Syria.
Swedish laws require that the target be carried out by licensed medical experts using appropriate surgic instruments under safe conditions.
