Police detail the death of a woman suspected of jumping from bridge in Kacanik

Kosovo police have confirmed the case of throwing a woman off a bridge in the municipality of Kacanik, where she allegedly committed the act of suicide.

“Around 1600 hours, a person reported to the police that a person, the female gender, has been found lying on a corner of the road. Doctors have ascertained the victim's death, while police are continuing with investigations”, Agim Gashi, Kosovo Police spokesperson for the Ferizaj region, has said.

Gashi has said police, along with quick aid, have appeared at the scene, and the caretaker doctor has concluded that the same is without signs of life.

Kosovo's “Police are making the site secure and are waiting for relevant units to emerge and deal with this case”, police response reported.
