He has indicated he is not sure whether Albin Kurti will insist on dawning the fate of the found ones and that he would condition the dialogue with Serbia.
“There were no conditions as long as he was prime minister... Albin Kurti has given up reciprocity with the decision... He misreaded the situation, thought he could push his power further because he wanted to eliminate Hashim Thaci from the process. And it's going to be Mr. Kurt, if you think you love reciprocity. If he becomes prime minister, I don't know, but if he does, he won't impose reciprocity. It will go into an unconditional dialogue with Serbia, negotiate with Vucic and bring “Zieednica”... has given him all the signs. He has backed Lajcak, who has access to association”, has declared Moliqaj thinking the same, Lajcak, had sought change of Kosovo's constitution.
Moliqaj has expressed conviction based on the exchanged letters between Kurti when he was prime minister and Lajcak, when the former prime minister supported the dialogue led by Brussels.
