General Xhedin Gashi-Commander “Plach”'s family has reacted after the establishment of charges against Kosovo's Club Army leaders, saying they are not against the tribunal, but are against the trial of our fair war, bypassing the secular crimes of the Serbian state that it has committed since Rankovic's time until the KLA's last war.
The reaction of this family is said to have won because the whole KLA was united, and even this battle will be won because they will join.

We as a family are seeing recent developments in the country and we are very concerned about the situation created after arrests and raids that are taking place on KLA founders and the biggest contributors to the country's release from the Serbian occupation. We are not against the Special Court, but we are against it because this court is judging only our fair fight by bypassing the secular crimes of the Serbian state that it has committed from the time of Rankoviq until the last war of the KLA, where we triumphed with the Allied states of the Albanian people against the Serb conqueror.
We won the war because we all were. ONE but we will win this battle too because we will become ONE.
Therefore, you Deliverers, hold your heads high, for even in war you have received peace in order to make sacrifices for this place, hold on to it, as you have kept yourselves in the most difficult times.
