Why is Ilir Meta treating elections as civil war?

Usually drunk and foolish, they don't take into account what he says, but they always say things that they think. Next, whether what they think can be accomplished or not.
Ilir Meta has begun to reveal a criminal rhetoric for April 25th, trying to present it as a civil war, which if he doesn't end up the way he wants it, will have to be the end of the world.
Today it has led to extremes the imagination of the drunk, imagining Albania, either in the hands of Ilir Meta or in the pit.
This is actually a vision of a drunk man who has a duplication of things, as Albania as in the hands of Ilir Meta, as in the pit, is the same, so it could say an alternative.
The problem is why does this man see April 25 as his end?
There's a group of his critics, who put Ilir Meta into people who suffer from pre-reform in justice. They explain with the fact that after April 25th, as a loser, he feels without immunity and perspective, as after a year, in 2022, he will not be an MP, nor a president. And they spin his nightmare theory.
It's not entirely true. Ilir Meta is not afraid of reform in justice. He's a big enemy of her from the beginning, in panic of getting out of hand. But he's already caught some part of the system.
KED is almost under control and is blocking the Constitutional Court, to have the majority as well. He has fought a name for every institution and touched every segment of the new justice infrastructure by hand. Even if he doesn't have everyone under control, he doesn't fear them.
His problem is that for the first time, he feels that over new justice, they have more international powers than he and Berisha, and that worries him.
Combining the struggle against the influence of diplomats, and here I have in mind only that of the US and the EU, and his pressure after 25 April, when he thinks of himself as the winner, he hopes to completely bring this justice system down.
That is why he calls April 25 to life and death, not fear of justice. It is the desire to overcome justice, the one that dominates.
Another reason for his nightmare is that he feels threatened as a crucial factor in the elections. By running separate from the DP, and emerging on stage and new right-wing parties, he is under the panic of relativisation of the PSI and his not considering it as the main factor.
Simply considering himself unnecessary on April 25, he has every reason to think of that day as the end of the world.
But the main reason he is trying to present April 25 as the beginning of the civil war is to find a motive for electoral campaign.
He has no longer mobilized Albanians, even Albanians who want any money or jobs.
He is no more reliable than to get to work, as he did two recent times, climbing up two major parties. There may be plenty of money, but there's not enough to buy warrants like in 2017.
He thinks Albanians can vote for him if he panics and bleeds on April 25th.
His calls for civil war, for Albania to the pit, and above all, the creation of psychosis that Rama is winning again will burn Albania, give it the adrenaline that gives a madman, a knife in his hand when he feels threatened.
He had this adrenaline taken, even before June 30th, when he went straight against the election and threatened to bleed on June 30th if he was voted.
Then he softened like a beaten dog, when he saw no one noticing him, and that day he played football in Lallez, saying that the sun would be born again”
As with any brain-crolling, knife-dancing and fire bridge in hand, the power of the people who ignore it is the best “
Who doesn't know what Haloperidoli is, ask Berisha. Not as a doctor, but as a consumer.
