Hoti pays tribute to “Septembers Skenderbeut” and President “Ibrahim Rugova”

Hoti has said these homazhes were held in honour of the national flag festival.

“Today is a holiday for every Albanian, this is a national holiday. We started with honours from September of Skenderbe, with which the first November is identified, the largest festival of Albanians”.

We were also at President Ibrahim Rugova's September and will now continue in Prekaz, in the holy place to show respect to the Jashar family and to all those who contributed to the freedom and independence we enjoy today”, Hoti has said.
