Treatment for the Cuddy-19 virus is costing Albanians a lot of money. The rich are choosing to fight infection in neighbouring countries by leaving with dedicated cards, bills exceeding thousands of euros. ”
According to official data from the Civil Aviation Authority since the beginning of the pandemic so far, there have been 270 tables dedicated for medical reasons.
Turkey appears to be the country choosing the rich Albanians to deal with, while fewer patients are addressing other countries like Italy or Austria.
But how much does it cost a patient affected by coronary treatment in Turkey's hospitals?
According to private clinic data enabling delivery of patients to Turkey, information that can be made available to any citizen but also by patients treated in this state exceeds thousands of euros.
More specifically, when the patient is not involved, he should pay 12 to 14 thousand euros only for the dedicated card and the night for such cases totals 1500 euros.
In total for 14 days, which corresponds to the length of the Cuvid 19 bill's treatment totals 35 thousand euros, not counting here on the cost of the patient's return to Albania, which can be carried out through a normal plane or again by charter.
The bill goes up further for patients in attendance, as one night staying at a hospital in Turkey according to clinic data costs 2,000 euros in night. Along with his charter, he will have to pay a total of 42 thousand euros, without the cost of return and delivery to the Rinas airport. The latter, according to patients who have followed this route, totals 800 euros.
But with dedicated cards, even though in the most rare cases, land ambulances are being used at lower cost.
Thus, according to hospital data operating in the Turkish state, patients leaving Albania on land road pay 2,500 euros only for the ambulance, while one night stay is estimated at 750 euros.
Given the fact that the packages offered by contacted hospitals are 15 days, patients must pay along with transportation of 13 750 euros for full treatment of the coronary. / TCh/
