Salih Mustafa appears tomorrow before the court, a day to admit guilt or not

Former Commander of KLABARA, Salih Mustafa has until tomorrow that before the judges of the preliminary procedure he may plead guilty or not to the prosecution's charges of war crimes. Mustafa has refused to be declared in his public appearance before the court on September 28th of this year, as well as in his next appearance on October 5th.
According to court procedure rules, he has 30 days of his first appearance before the court to admit guilt or not.
The deadline ends tomorrow.
The specialised prosecutor announced there would be at least 16 witnesses in the case against Mustaf, as well as written evidence and photographs.
The act confirmed against Salih Mustaf says he is responsible for several crimes, such as torture and mistreatment of at least six people between April 1st 1999 and April 19, 1999, in the village of Zlath, where a detention centre operated.
Mustafa known as Cal was arrested and extradited to The Hague on 24 September on the court's order after the indictment was confirmed.
