Kadri Shala, owner of the company “The LDA Group”, which has been transferred to 2.1m euros from the State Treasury, has surrendered to the Kosovo Police.
His defence lawyer, Osman Hoxha, said his client has been using himself to the police around 12:45, after returning from Turkey and after the interview, has been assigned the 48-hour detention measure.
The same “in advance, as he has warned he would appear at the police station and deliver himself, the same has done. Today, about 12 and 45 minutes ago, we came to the police station, we showed up and started interviewing between 12 and 55 minutes and 17 and 5 minutes. Everything has been reformed by law, behavior has been correct, respect for rights, freedoms. Right now we can't give up more because of the sensitivity of the case... He has lived in Kosovo, as was said before through the media, has travelled to Turkey for a short time, has come back on his own today. I just talked about what we came with him and we were together at the police station in Pristina. That case does not belong to the lawyer, it's competent body”, he said.
