Kadri Shala, owner of the company “The LDA Group”, which has been transferred to 2.1m euros from the State Treasury, has surrendered to the Kosovo Police.
His defence lawyer, Osman Hoxha, said his client has been using himself to the police around 12:45, after returning from Turkey and after the interview, has been assigned the 48-hour detention measure.
