Kostett has said female leaders have made significant contributions to society.
“We commend Kosovo for membership in this initiative. During Kosovo's history, female leaders have made significant contributions to the government and society. However, much work remains to be made sure that women can participate in the economy fully and freely”, Kostett wrote on Twitter, where he also attached a video of Minister Melza Haradinaj by throwing her signature in the official statement.
We crazy? #Kosovo For driving the ? W. S.-led #C2A4Women Initiative. Throughout Kosovo, his history, religious leaders have made possible contributions to the government and therefore. However, much work remains to ensure that women can really and freely participate in the economy. https://t.co/JRbMD68b3B

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Melisa Haradinaj-Subla signed the official declaration of the Global Action Call for Economic Strengthening of Women, joining counterparts from many countries in the world to reaffirm the important role women have for social progress and economic development.
The importance of removing barriers to full and free participation of women in the economy is strongly highlighted in the declaration, and the role of the Republic of Kosovo is affirmed in building international consensus in advancing women's economic empowerment. Through support and association in this call, the Republic of Kosovo takes on to identify and develop internal plans to advance legal, regulatory and policy-making reforms in key areas that promote full and free participation of women in the economy, secure property rights and promote opportunities to work in the same jobs and sectors as men”, told the MPJD community yesterday.
