Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency Chairman Sefik Dzaferovic and other member Zeljko Komsic have abstained in the vote this time.
This has been confirmed by Komsic's cabinet for the Bosnian portal Klix.ba, denying reports that the decision to vote against Kosovo independence has been unanimous, Klux.ba writes.
On 17 September, the Bosnian presidency had decided to vote for the first time on recognition of Kosovo's independence, in which the Komsic and Dzaferovic session had already voted in favour of Dodik.
