Walker, who also raised international attention to what was happening in Kosovo during the war, said today he has the same experiences every time you come to Recak.
Before the media, people should remember the events of the Kosovo war.
According to him, what happened in Recak is evidence of what happened throughout Kosovo.
I feel the same way every year. I'm glad that every year more people come here to see what happened in this country, because it demonstrates what happened throughout Kosovo. I am familiar with Recak, but hundreds of other massacres have taken place in Kosovo and I hope people remember them”, he said.
Walker said he had bad memories every time he visits Recak.
The “Masks that have occurred have led to freedom and to an independent Kosovo. But every time I come here, I remember January 15, 1999, when I was here, and they bring back bad memories. However, I'm very pleased with the way people expect me, he said in the end.
