Istrefi and Shala Agreement on Use of Invention Park in Prizren

Telekom chief Bedri Istrefi announces the meeting with incumbent Minister of Innovation Muzafer Shala.

Istrefi says a series of issues have been discussed, among them: the possibility of shifting the Prizren Training Centre to the government's Inovative Centre.

Kosovo Telecom and the Ministry of Innovation have discussed today the possibility of shifting the Prizren Training Centre to the Kosovo government's Inovative Centre.

This discussion took place today at the meeting I had with Minister of Innovation Muzafer Shala.

We also discussed that Telekom commercialise its training programmes, which total 74.

Minister Shala and I discussed the possibility that we offer these training to all our citizens because we, as a public company, have the obligation to provide quality services with the best prices on the market.

Among the most important training Telekom will offer are those of CISCO and MICROSOFT.

Minister of Innovation Muzafer Shala confirmed that it is very important the strategic orientation Telekom has decided to pursue, it is also extremely important when management knows exactly what it wants to achieve and what I learned from meeting with Mr. Istrefi these two actions are clear to them, and I don't doubt they will achieve their goal. He also called for the company in question to be supported by local institutions.

On the other hand, the arrangement for use of the Inovative Centre space will be signed very soon.
