According to him, the decision to reduce obligations was made earlier, but in light of General Qassem Solejman's murder, there will be some changes to that decision.
The issue will be discussed at the meeting tonight, Mousavi added, without specifying other details.
Iran began to reduce commitments to the nuclear programme agreement in May in response to US unilateral withdrawal from the agreement reached in 2015 after months of difficult negotiations.
Iran's Supreme National Security Council on Saturday threatened to avenge the death of General Qassem Solejmani, who was killed Friday at US President Donald Trump's order.
