This was the deal Kurt made in 2017 with the American Embassy to come to power.

Pristina, January 19th 2020, Sunday Today concludes another week that captures Kosovo politically paralyzed in the internal and broken plan on the outside plan. Recak's massacre seems like a distant event, far away from our destiny. Unemployment and inequality are slaughtering [...]
Is Kosovo a failed state? On the eve of the 12th anniversary of Independence, the sacrifice of all those who were massacred and killed, persecuted and tortured, injured and crippled has been forgotten. The memorial gatherings seem to mean simply forgetting - the opposite of memory.
That was true in Recak on the day of January 15. Images made broke into news margins because of today's politicians, Thaci and Kurti. The media rushed to relate about the personal relations of the two. How they were just looking at each other, but not talking, even though they were very close. Later, a Vetevendosje activist manipulated a video showing former OSCE Ambassador William Walker ignoring Kosovo's president. In a word, the ugly desecration of the memorial. Recak's massacre became just a new part of the war field where our fragile ego politicians become as if they were interacting with each other.
Foul shit!
Meanwhile, during the same week, the Democratic League of Kosovo made an offer to the Vetevendosje Movement to reach the country's new government agreement. The party led by Mr. Mustafa proposed that the Speaker of the Parliament take him away until the time of the president's election. Once the new president of Kosovo is elected from this party, the LDK would immediately grant the position of chairman of Mr. Parliament. Kurt.
But this offer was immediately rejected by the still childish Vetevendosje Movement. Kurt sent a letter of rejection to Mr. Mustafa's long two A4 pages, but which was extremely inconsistent and inconsistent. In fact, maybe instead of paper it'd be good just to say “Piu took water! ” for the location of the Speaker of the Assembly.
Now, Kurt wants his party to have both important leadership positions in the country. To Mr. Konjufca, the Speaker of the Parliament, has offered the party an additional ministry.
The chairman of the House = A minister?
Meanwhile, an internal struggle broke out in the LDK. Vjosa Osmani continued to fight with Mr. Agim Veliu demanding that the new Kosovo government be formed as soon as possible. Veliu, meanwhile, has considered the treatment that is making Vetevendosje their party unsurpassed.
But Vjosa also got us a very problematic thing that had happened in December 2017. The party pledging to protect the sacrifice and values of war -- the party that had been radically against the Special Court -- had finally agreed to a deal under which this court would not be abolished.
All of this under the international effort to balance war crimes under which Kosovo was a victim as much as Serbia. Kosovo was as aggressive as Serbia.
This deal seems to have brought Mr. Kurti and Mr. Mustafa. A deal similar to what PDK did earlier. Bad for the country and dramatically changing history.
Let's say here for the sake of truth: Kosovo was the victim of war events and Serbia was aggressive. Kosovo must receive research and reparations. Kosovo citizens who suffered during the war must be compensated. Not only did those who lost their loved ones suffer injuries but also those who suffered materially with burned homes and businesses.
That would be justice for us!
But it seems to me who does it for justice. Justice is what suits the whims and goes as far as the power of a Kosovo politician goes!
