The Constitutional Court in Pec on Thursday has sentenced him to eight months in prison on bail, accused of legalising false content, Webi Idrizi.
Under the trial pronounced by Judge Shaqu Curri, the prison sentence will not be executed unless the same commits any other criminal act within a year, reports “Justice Vowy”.
The accused has also been given the additional sentence, that the Ministry of Labour and Social Management (MPMS) restores the 510-euro means, in the six-month term, as well as the order to publish the act.
He has also been charged with paying the judicial wig at a lot of 20 euros, and the tax for compensation of crime victims in much of 30 euros.
The prosecutor of the case, Joy Vucetaj, prior to reading the indictment, made the improvement of its device better, changed the damage level caused by the accused respectively.

In the meantime, after reading the indictment, accused Vebi Idriz stated that he pleaded guilty to the criminal offense that he was charged with, and expressed regret over his work.
The guilty plea was supported by the defendant's defender, lawyer Haxhi Cekaj and prosecutor Vucetaj, and then approved by Judge Curri.
According to the prosecution filed by the Founding Prosecutor in Pec, Webi Idrizi is charged with committing criminal work on January 17th 2017, in the Department of Familys of Witnesses, the War Invalids and Civil Victims, the Office in Pec near MPMS, the criminal work “legisation of false content”, from Article 403, paragraph 2, related to KPRK's paragraph 1.
The defendant is said to have put the upper body into custody, in a way that with forged documents allegedly a veteran fighter has gained veteran status, profiting salaries of 170 euros, for which MPMS has caused material damage worth 510 euros.
