US Ambassador Philip Costnet last night ignored Albin Kurti's invitation to attend the meeting with the other ambassadors of Quinn, the chief of the EU Mission in Kosovo and Isa Mustafen.
But, he has today congratulated “the neighbour from the door near”, Yuri Kim, who will be the US ambassador to the Republic of Albania.
“Welcome to the newly appointed U.S. Ambassadors, very good to have you at the nearby door.” he wrote resuming a post from the US Embassy in Tirana.
At the American Embassy in Tirana, she explained how Yuri Kim had handed her credentials to Albanian President Ilir Meta. /Periscope
