Another official was declared in the search, and one suspended from duty. They have not saved five citizens in chains. All are charged with abuse of office because of corrupt actions, hiding and not investigating criminal events, not taking a hint, favouring construction without permission.

According to investigations conducted on the operational road that were launched long ago, judicial police officers were arrested, having manipulated evidence at the scene, while police inspectors did not refer to construction without permission. The investigation into the case has been under way since June 2019.

They're charged with “Use of task” and “Illegal construction, in co-operation”. These people in co-operation with each other and abusing the powers of the task's exercise, allegedly developed a corrupt mechanism with the aim of profiting even in monetary value, which has enabled and resulted in numerous illegal constructions such as residential objects, warehouses, business objects, etc., thus avoiding implementation of legislation in the urbanistic field and their technical security.

The Durres Prosecution established a special investigative group consisting of prosecutors and investigators from the US Bureau of Investigation./Rch/Rch/
