Wessel Remembers Chirac With a 1999 Video

In this video, Chirac addresses the French people, arguing NATO's intervention as part of the Western campaign to prevent massacres and ethnic cleansing.

“In memory of Kosovo's friend, former French President Jacques Chirac, who today passed away at the age of 86”, wrote Wessel on his Facebook profile, also placing video on which Chirac is addressed to the French people in 1999.
