Drenni as many Drenica children at the time of the KLA war was born under the circumstances of war, without the presence of medical professionals and no health facilities.
In the first months of his life, because of the difficult conditions of life in the mountains in the Grincarce of Kishnarka, where his family and its inhabitants lived, had serious health problems. By the time doctors in the Drenica Zone were unable to handle it further, the German showman Manfred Kühle, in early 1999, took Dren from the village, sends him to Pristina, providing better treatment and helping to obtain drugs. He did so by going through several police and military raids of Serbs who were from Komorani until Pristina.
And 20 years later, the second meeting happened. Kühle came back to Drenica, but now at the wedding of Dren, who married Fatima, also a wartime girl who had experienced the same health problems.
As he held the white plisi on his head, a couples and an appreciation from the Bajraktari family, among the emotions said the great <x0nder that was made to me tonight, made me understand why I loved them and why I worked so hard for the Albanian people. Albanians are a people who never forget their friends, which is why you have made so many friends in the whole world”.
Kühle during wartime sent reports and wrote about the situation of Albanians in Kosovo, and it also helped the population through numerous humanitarian activities.
