Gashi has said the establishment of the evental charges could occur at any time for anyone who was mentioned in Dick Marty's report, but also for others.

He has called “the gift”, the formation of the Special Law by Kosovo Assembly deputies, saying it goes to the borders of a racial law that has housed Serbs from war crimes in Kosovo.
