Kosovo police, in co-operation with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, have launched a pilot project establishing traffic signs warning drivers of radar speed control by traffic police units.
The report reportedly has initially been realised in the Gjilan region, specifically on the streets of Gnjilan '%n and Gjilan Ferizaj, where, after the pilot's completion, professional assessments will be made on the effect of this project on the awareness of participants and reducing counter-inventions or traffic accidents will then continue on other roads throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
The sign is designed to look simple and easy to understand by all traffic participants.
