Haradinaj: Kosovo does not surrender, without Peja agreeing

Haradinaj has given much importance to Peja, saying Peja is decision-making power at the country's level.

He has said that Kosovo cannot be handed over without handing over Peja, referring to the project for exchange of territories, “No one could give up Kosovo without giving up Pec. The Paya couldn't have given up on”, Haradinaj said.
