To defendant Q. A. From the municipality of Suhareka and St. B. From the Prizren municipality, following an operation by police officials have been found bills worth 9.50 euros, allegedly forged.
With these actions, the defendants have committed criminal work “pre-prescription” act sanctioned with the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
The primary procedure judge at the Randa Crime Department, after examining the subject paperwork, has considered legal conditions for the appointment of the detention measure against the defendants to be insufficient for normal criminal procedure development.
