PSD MP Faton Topalli, during an interview with the newspaper “Voice” says his party has red lines only for Kadri Wessel's PDK. Topalli has added that the PSD will pass the election threshold and will be determining for the formation of the next government.
He is convinced that the Assembly will be distributed on August 22nd, while the odds are zero for a technical government. Speaking of government in Pristina, Topalli says Shpend Ahmeti's second term is more successful than first.
