Mother throws diapers into the sea, authorities close the entire beach

Someone filmed a foreign tourist who, after he had removed his child's diapers, went to the shore and tried to cover the remnant with wet sand.

The video became viral and the Ministry of Tourism and Environment in the Phillips Islands immediately engaged, isolating the entire beach and placing personnel in search of dirty diapers. These measures, however, also seemed a little excessive for beachgoers themselves. /Tch
