Kurt had written along with Ruji Hoda (who was sentenced to 26 years of freedom) at the Agim Buci store, and as he approached the cash register, nearby was the juvenile son of the store owner. The first to see the scene was Rita Buci, who instinctively hunted robbers with food products he found next to him. That's when the young man shot him and shot him down.
