Ismaili: I don't expect the VV to show any success in Kosovo

Health Minister Uran Ismaili says that during his government mandate, the record of service delivery has been broken. For these achievements, as he called them, he says he does not expect praise from the Vetevendosje Movement, which the previous day has accused him of failures, during a media conference. Minister [...]
The outgoing minister of Health says that several allegations have recently been raised regarding the 24-hour flight, which has been said to have not been functional. He vowed 24-hour record services are being offered as never before.
For this to be accomplished, corruption has first had to be fought, this negative phenomenon that has long burdened the health system, which has been corruption. Fighting corruption, we have also created new conditions to provide new health services. We have fought corruption in drugs, in supplies of medicine, in labor, or anywhere else that has burdened the lives of citizens and health service”, Ismaili said.
Citing reforms, Ismaili at a media conference said that today at the Invas Cardiology Clinic, 24-hour services are offered for seven consecutive days.
“in the Invasive Cardiology Clinic, which is of particular importance because heart disease is among the most frequent and the mortality of our citizens comes mostly from those diseases. This clinic in the past has only worked six hours a day, five days a week. Today after our reforms, he works 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Compared to the previous years, in 2019 we have 192 percent more cardio-surgeon surgery, we have 163 percent more fevers, and 237 more choreography”, Ismaili adds.
While speaking of the Vetevendosje Movement's accusations against this dictatorship, Minister Ismaili said they are not surprised, as this party has never reflected well on health in the country.
I do not expect from the Vetevendosje Movement to convey or show any success in Kosovo. Just as no health sector success has ever been shown. They have questioned that the stations at QKUK, are not being done, or are not being made in a qualitative manner. What the figures tell us is that these are record figures and qualities that never before had in the QKUK”, he stressed.
VV MP Fatmire Kolcaku, the day before has declared that the Ministry of Health is one of the largest failures of the former government. According to her, Kosovo also has no law on organ transplants.
