(7 years ago)Through a media report, ARKEP suggests that the board of this institution today has held separate meetings with representatives of Kosovo's public company Telekom and representatives of the Dardafon.net company ( Z-Mobile, to seek the necessary clarifications regarding the transition process after failing to follow the commercial report between the sides. Media report said the Board ARKEPs have been notified by these companies by the actions undertaken so far, following the announcement of non-resistance of the commercial report from Kosovo Telecom.
“Taking into account the importance of this process as well as the goal of full implementation of the Regulatory Framework, ARKEP has demanded that until completion of the process: The sides involved in this process not to take unilateral action that could harm the consumer, with which both sides have been hired, the statement said.
Also, the announcement suggests that ARKEP has asked the operator Dardafon.net not to put on the market during this stage Like new folders, do not create new packages and products, as well as not enter new contracts with consumers.
“Bord of ARKEP will announce the opinion in time for every step it will take in connection with this process, which it is addressing high priority. After receiving additional information from operators over the next few days and analyzing European practices, ARKEP will make decisions if necessary in this process, especially with the aim of maintaining the continuation of the service for consumers”, the announcement said.
