20 legal facts, why 30 years of tourism was “brought from head” and not from the headhead

The horror video of the Headhouse attacking Spanish tourists is no coincidence, nor is madness the fruit of “peme<x1) tourist we've planted 30 years.

Unlike many commentators, I have the conviction and information needed that Albanian tourism or coastline were not destroyed by “Cokdhma” but by the heads that govern Albania 30 years and by approaching each other in the debate, I invite you to judge on these facts:

1- Property Law 7501 did not provide solutions to property rights, but pushed society towards invasion, chaos or violation of private and public property

2-The legal laws formalised and legalised the invaders of property, land and forests on the coast.

3- Urban Law, where constructions were never allowed near the coastline, was never implemented.

4th Law of Tourist Villages for 25 Years With Conception: Massacre of Public Property and Coast, transforming hotel ideas and resorts into dwellings that were sold without property certificates

The 5th Foreign Investment Law did not approach but removed every foreign investor from Albania because it did not favour the introduction of investments on the coast.

Do you remember Kakome villagers who went on protests with picks and shovels against Europe's most powerful company?

Look at how they are embroidered today.

The company left and finished Porto Montenegro, while the Kakome rulers neither shovels nor shovels anymore because the bay has been turned into rubble.

Do you know that 80% of tourist villages are money washing and political mafia and are named after drivers and relatives of ministers?

Do you know that Albania has statistics of the only state in the world that there is no foreign tourist resort in the coast?

Do you know that Albania is the only European country that stars at the hotel place in a heapas benefits, not standards?

Do you know that for 30 years every government starts street and infrastructure work only when the tourist season starts and not during winter?

If you answer these facts, you'll be convinced that Albania screwed up its head and no headhead.
