Why should the State support the new entrepreneurs?

Given some research into empowering human resources, 40 million jobs must be created each year in the next 15 years to meet the needs of global population growth. Simplifying new entrepreneurs in small and medium-sized businesses would contribute to the creation of new jobs and the creation of a sustainable economic balance.
In recent years there is a population movement toward developed countries, and this factor somehow has a negative impact on each country's economy. Even Kosovo is affected by this trend, and despite the statistics it may affect reducing the number of unemployment, this does not guarantee our country's economic stability. Our citizens who leave in developed countries are unlikely to contribute in one form or another to the country's economy for remittances, and this should disturb responsible institutions. In other words, these individuals will not contribute to the Kosovo economy.
To minimize the effect of lack of labour and stimulate new jobs, Kosovo needs to develop strategies that stimulate young entrepreneurs for creating new businesses so that help local institutions in creating new jobs. It's irrational that the hopes of a workplace are only in state institutions and here and there to an international organisation that still operates in Kosovo. Statistics show that the number of unemployment in Kosovo is about 27 percent. With a real strategy of education, of establishing professional capacity, and of mutual financial support with organisations offering such donations a large percentage of unemployed persons can be transformed directly into employers in the near future.
A World Bank report provides a new and holistic mirror of inclusive assets that can determine whether Bruto Product of a state is sustainable in certain time terms. Human investment results in increasing a country's wealth and fosters faster economic growth, given that human capital with their abilities, experience and contribution given to society, is now considered the main asset of a country. Kosovo has the fate of having a population with the youngest average age in the region, and this asset should be exploited. Kosovo, according to some experts, has valuable natural assets, while the state is not that it has driven the economy around these assets (for certain reasons). However, the technology development trend requires an urgent investment in human resources if we want to compete in global economies.
State institutions should be more innovative about establishing an economic development strategy, as a key factor in the sustainability and welfare of citizens. It is not enough just “ide” compiled into documents or identification of sectors of strategic interest for development. But concrete steps must be taken, given the practices of countries in the region that have resulted successfully. Since our country's natural resources do not provide us enough revenue, the focus of local institutions should be investment in the country's youth.
Goodness is a major factor that motivates one to stay in a certain country. With the support of young entrepreneurs, Kosovo would not only be indirect shareholders from the revenues of new businesses, but an increase of the standards in our society would be observed through the creation of new jobs.
