These are shocking images of what happened in Halkidiki, Greece, a disaster caused by the bad weather that killed six people and injured a hundred others.
The dead are all tourists: Two checks in a camping, a 54-year-old Romanian with her 8-year-old son and a 39-year-old Russian with his 2-year-old son.
Within minutes nothing was left standing by the savage winds that swept the region. Witnesses said that tornadoes were also formed.
The General Secretariat for Civil Protection and the Central Macedonia Region have set up all services on alert.
In information provided by Citizen Protection Minister Michalis Chrisochoidis after the emergency meeting in the area, it says: <x0 civil emergency infrastructure has been working on a self-examination since the first moment it was announced to offer extreme weather events. 150 people, 55 fire vehicles, 40 county cars and 100 people are in operation.
