Trade and Industry Minister Andrew Shala, at the Western Balkan Summit in Poznan, Poland, has declared that the Republic of Kosovo is making daily changes in legal infrastructure to create better conditions for foreign investors.
The minister has also demanded that regional agreements be viewed as a two-way street and respected by all involved sides.
Kosovo's “Government, or Ministry of Trade and Industry, is working every day on legal infrastructure for attracting foreign direct investments, for the first effects after the start of the Strategic Investment Law implementation”, Shala said.
The minister has also told of the opportunities Kosovo offers to foreign investors, showing that Kosovo has worked hard at building modern infrastructure, enabling connection with Balkan countries.
Kosovo already has the most modern highways that enable the connection of the Republic of Kosovo to the Balkan countries for a long time. We also have an extremely innovative youth, which loves work”, the minister said.
According to an MTI communique, the minister indicated that they are working on reforms, and on improving the environment of doing business.
This Sam is being held within the Berlin process, with the goal of strengthening regional co-operation and advancing the European integration process.
