Merkel has stressed during her conversation with correspondents in Berlin that Germany has great interest in Serbia and Kosovo's European integration, that on this road it is moving forward, but, as she put it, renewed dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina is necessary.
The tax has led back and not from moving forward, Merkel has said, recalling that she has talked with Belgrade and Pristina leaders at the summit long ago in Berlin.
We must now see how to update the dialog. I talked to Aleksandar Vucinqi, Hashim Thaci, Ramush Haradinaj. There is still no progress in this matter. We've been offering a meeting in Paris and it needs to be worked out even more”, Chancellor Merkel has declared.
