Matoshi, on public television, has rejected Enver Hasani's statements that Haradinaj after his resignation has no right to address the Constitutional Court and that he is already only a former prime minister.
Such statements, Mattosi, have described them as deliberate attacks on his boss.
Matoshi has been told that similar sentiments with Hasan have other lawyers and connoisseurs of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
