Le Monde also describes the atmosphere during the address of Macron and Vuciq in front of France's Thanksgiving monument in Belgrade, commemorating that Ivan Mestrovic, a student of the renowned French sculptor Ogist Roden, made the bronze statue of a woman symbol of freedom.
The paper also stresses that during a two-day visit to Serbia, Macro did not meet with opposition representatives.
