During her speech at the Kosovo Assembly, Balaj Halimi said NISMA would commit to a budgetary line for the Presevo Valley, while proposing the founding of a Ministry for the Presevo Valley.
I propose that in Kosovo we have a Minister for the Presevo Valley. When we're able to have 21-24 ministries, which may not be necessary, why don't we have a special minister for the Presevo Valley...
